About Me

Hi there!
My name is Ali Mashburn, and I currently work as a content creator and social media manager for 100 Elk Outdoor Center, a nonprofit organization that provides schools from across Colorado with outdoor education experiences. I started my journey with this organization as an outdoor instructor, but eventually realized my skills were best utilized behind the camera, telling the stories that bring those experiences to life. Originally from Austin, Texas, I’ve found long-term happiness in the mountains of Colorado since 2019.

I’m graduating from Colorado State University this May and hope to continue working with digital media and content creation. I’ve supported successful nonprofit fundraising through social media campaigns, including Colorado Gives Day for 100 Elk Outdoor Center and Giving Tuesday for a larger organization called Adventure Unlimited. I also have experience in copywriting, video editing, and managing video projects. Outside of work, I love hiking (17 Colorado fourteeners and counting!), reading mystery novels, and walking my sweet dog, Winnie.
